My sister got married this April at home in Sycamore. It doesn't happen that often that you get to photograph your own sister's wedding;) It was the most perfect, intimate affair. Congratulations and I love you both!

This diamond broach was given to be worn on this special day! It was our Great-Grandmother's, given to her by her father.



























Kate's wedding band belonged to Michael's Great-Aunt.



The ceremony was held in the side yard - St. Francis gave his blessing;)













Michael's Mother made these sweet baskets for the flower girls to carry.














All of the champagne and wine was special ordered from vineyards in the Anderson, Valley, CA. (Kate and Michael having lived in Northern California for the last 12 years-a gift from our wonderful Aunt Mary;)







Cupcakes for the kiddie's;)





This Marriage Vessel- a gift, and hand-made, by Michael's parents. His dad even made the writing pens! Beautiful Mr. James.



Each guest was given a small honey jar, also made by Michael's dad with his own honey!

There is nothing better than a campfire..



And music by the fire..did I mention my brother-in-law is a luthier as well as a very talented musician. If anyone is in need of a new hand-crafted guitar...we are soo lucky to now have someone in the family who isn't tone deaf;)
